How often should we change our pillow cases?
Do you know that our pillowcases collect oil, dead skin cells, bacteria and excess night creams?
They are heaven for dander and dirt.
As we sleep at night, our hairs and pores in our face release oils that rub against the fabric of the pillowcase.
As we go back to sleep night after night, as we toss and turn, all of these are deposited right back into our pores.
So it is deal to wash and change our pillowcase for fresh ones at least once a week.
Do swap out the regular cotton version for something smoother, like silk, satin or cotton.
Because rough pillowcase can actually cause wrinkles.
